I have 29 years experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach and 15 yrs as a massage therapist, and 18 years being at Fit Rev! My career is dedicated to sharing my lifelong passion for fitness with others. Just as no two people are alike, each person is unique in the way they train and the results they're after. I work individually with each of my clients to develop training tailored to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. I enjoy this challenge and watching clients become more confident as they (and their friends) notice the physical changes brought on by consistency and commitment.
Staying injury free is a major priority for health and well-being, and to this end I offer my skills as a massage therapist and stretching sessions in addition to my primary role as personal trainer and fitness coach.
