A comprehensive 12 Week Program designed by Amber, who will teach you how to turn your bad habits into great habits that are good for you. It takes time to make permanent changes but you'll be in a happier place in 12 weeks, we promise!
Weekly Food Diary analysis by Amber, who will easily be able to identify our biggest problems so you can work on the things which will have the most immediate impact.
Weekly 15 minute Accountability Check-In Phone Call with Amber, who will analyze your biggest challenges and give you strategies to work on for the next week ahead. We also discuss your progress, what worked and what didn't, to keep your motivation high and give you tailored solutions week to week.
4 Week Meal Plan with the right calories & macros makes sure your energy balance is on point and you're getting enough protein, fat and carbs for your goals. You don't even have to track calories! All meal plans are family friendly with simple, throw together recipes. They make big batches and freeze well so you only have to cook once to be able to have convenient, ready to grab meals for the next few weeks.
Weekly Education Emails with your "homework" for the week ahead plus resources like video seminars, blogs and PDF resources to educate and inspire you, clearing up the confusion from the world of online misinformation. This gives you a more accurate and deeper understanding of your behaviours around food and how to correct them for permanent change.
Before & After Photos & Measurements to determine the change in your figure & to see your visual progress, especially important if you have a bad relationship with the scales! Optional biometric scans to measure body fat and muscle mass are available at an additional cost.
